Philip is a partner at Prowse Chowne in the litigation department. His practice areas include Intellectual Property, Employment, Estate, Commercial and General Litigation. When determining a legal course of action Philip provides his clients with a straight-forward risk based analysis considering both the strong and weak points of any case in order to provide a strategy for reaching his client’s objectives.
Philip has a background in business both through his prior education from both the University of Alberta and NAIT Business Schools and as a former operator of a small business in the hospitality industry. Philip understands that, from a business perspective, litigation strategy requires consideration of all facets of one’s business and that, by using a goal-oriented approach, business owners get results in line with their business objectives.
